Shipping

We ship all over Egypt!

We use a reputable third party shipping company and all items are dispatched within a day or so of the order being placed.
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days. 

Refund/Exchange

You now have the option to try the item whilst the courier waits and have 7 days in which you may return/exchange the item, the customer will pay the return fee.

The return can only be arranged through Luna Collections or via the instagram page luna_collections_egypt so you must contact us as soon as possible.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will contact you regarding the refund, please note card refunds may take a few days depending on the method of the original payment.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund, we will use a cash app such as Instapay or Vodafone cash.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
