Great News, Luna Collections is currently offering a standard delivery fee on all orders no matter where you are in Egypt!

We use a reputable third party shipping company and all items are dispatched within a day or so of the order being received.
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days. 

Please be aware that the return shipping will be paid for by the customer, this will be the same discounted shipping rate.

The delivery driver cannot return it for you, this must be arranged through us so you must contact us as soon as possible.

Refund/Exchange

At Luna Collections we have tried our best to provide all measurements for each piece and every item has had a thorough quality check before being packaged. However, we do know that from time to time some items may need returning so we have tried to make it as simple as possible to do.

PLEASE NOTE:

If customer opted to pay cash on delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund but instead an exchange within 7 days of purchase or a refund through a cash app such as Instapay or Vodafone cash, be aware that the refund will be minus the return fee.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that all refunds or exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase & items MUST have original tags or they cannot be accepted.

Once Item is received and checked, we will contact you regarding the refund/exchange, please note card refunds may take a few days depending on the method of the original payment.
